What heaven troche likes about Carmen’s:
Me my friend went and ordered the mangu con Los tres golpes w/cafe con leche… it was perfect. The place is a bit run down but the food was so good it didn’t matter! Only downside is, I can never seem to get through to them on the phone, it goes dead. So it is impossible to place orders by phone ahead of time. View all feedback.
