We came especially to try the vegan food. A very stressed member of staff opened the door to an empty cafe and asked us what we wanted. We said we didnt know as we hadnt seen the menu. He told he was was busy preparing a 3-course meal for a local Stammgast and whatever we wanted would take a while as he wanted to give the local the attention he deserved.
