Das Restaurant verfügt über eine durchschnittliche, solide bis gute Küche. Das Fleisch (Hirsch) war in Ordnung. Die Burgundersauce war schmächtig. Rosenkohl im Speckmantel dazu - sehr gut. Das Gekräuterte Kaiserschmarrn war auch durchaus gut.Dazu gab es verschiedene Biere vom Fass.Der Biergarten ist sehr schön. Mit Spielplatz für Kinder und Hasen im Outdoorgehege.
