I was greatly impressed with the attentiveness of the serving staff, the music and the general appearance. My french onion soup contained raw onions which turned the soup very acidic. The Eco Law was overcooked vegetables combined with goat cheese that I thought would be a garnish was actually stirred in to create a solid mush of blandness on a bun.
