This is the best IHOP franchise in the whole town of Pembroke Pines. We came here to visit my family for a week and every late night we would dive into this place for a late night lunch. Would always be greeted by the guy who worked there. From food to service provided, this place is excellent. Much cheers to the captain there and also one of the chefs.
