They are indeed the authentic leading chinese restaurant in the Philippines! They offer variety of food from appetizers, dimsum, main course and desserts. Hap Chan Legazpi is really my favorite restaurant for they have accomodating staffs and I really love their ambiance, its so relaxing and elegant. I don't know about other hapchans but this place gave us terrible chinese style beef steak. Cuts of the beef given had a lot of sinews and tough tissues. It also gave me a severe case of deep hiccups that lasted until 8hours. I wasn't able to eat dinner and felt very uncomfortable.
