Lovely views overlooking the sea in a drab part of town. Not easy to find but worth persevering. Arrived after two in the afternoon and only one other table occupied. Admittedly this was end of September so high season coming to an end. Waiter hovered over us and very anxious to take order. No smile and generally surly.
