I am delighted with Bavaria Pensacola. Having spent multiple years living in Germany, I know good German food. Therefore, I am delighted with what comes from this restaurant's kitchen. I had rot kraut during this last visit, and it wasn't the best. Make sure you use dry red wine and cook the cabbage long enough. Otherwise, everything was GREAT.
