I have celiacs and it is near impossible to eat out without getting sick. Firehouse takes precautions to prevent cross contamination. One person handles order it's made In a seperate area and they pull fresh toppings. Was able to eat here without getting sick which was awesome. Thanks for taking the time to give us more options to eat. Review made 72 hours after eating and I am super sensitive to gluten. No issues View all feedback.

Waited 40 mins for a sub to find out they threw away my ticket right after charging me. Then continued to make another other order after mine was put in then talked to me like I’m the problem. Bag then thrown on counter covered in BBQ sauce. Very poor service 2:15 04/15/2023. View all feedback.
