Customer service is great. They heard one of my children say they were really hungry and they brought freshly cooked tortilla chips to the table to keep the children. Very homey feel. Nice staff. Food is good and takes a really long time. My family and I ordered 2 hamburgers and fries and a sandwich, which took around 45-50 mins. My order was cooked incorrectly. I ordered a well done and it was medium rare at best. With the time spent cooking I was very surprised to find this. Other than that food was good.
