We needed lunch on a Monday in Perpignan, and the best places seemed to be closed, so we headed for a small hotel on the edge of the old town with its own parking. Recommended by Michelin. The place needed a good sweeping of the path from the parking to the resto, which was littered with fallen leaves. The bed was the most comfortable that we've had on our recent tour of the Pyrenees, but there were a few drawbacks. The kettle leaked everywhere and soaked everything we'd left on the desk.
