I ordered off of Uber Eats and they gave it to a DoorDasher instead. There was a lack of accountability, especially from the manager, who was dismissive. On the app it was stuck on “preparing order”, which leads me to believe they didn’t even do their job on their end to give any status updates on the app. I don’t know because they didn’t give many answers.
