I rated it two stars because I question the foods freshness. My rib tips were a bit too chewy , so I wonder if they were slightly old? *the seafood delight was delicious!! However, towards the end I questioned if one piece of fish was as fresh as it could be? Taste wise, it 's really a 3 or even 4 star restaurant. However, freshness certainly counts a lot.
