Tried to order online. When we showed up 45 minutes later to pick up the food, we were told they hadn't even started preparing our order. My masked spouse had to wait 20 minutes in a small crowded space with a bunch of mostly unmasked customers. He also said the staff, including those preparing the food, were unmasked.
