This is the best place I've ever been in my whole life! The aromas are excellent and unreal. They also offer a vegan option that was from this world. The broth is rich and full of taste instead of salty. The consistency of the noodles shows that they are actually made by hand. The beats are sturdy and the bowls look like an artwork. I was really excited to go here since I heard a lot of positive things about it by my friends. However, the food did not live up to the hype. The noodles were good, chashu park needed a tad more flavor but was good. The only that wasn't good was the broth the miso was too overpowering and made the broth taste really salty.
