Love this place. I spent many of years coming here when I attended UPenn. If you are coming to sit down and eat/drink I would say don’t be disappointed when all that tables are full. This place is good but the service is awful. I sat, waiting for a simple bagel… watching 5 people in their phones while one person does all the work. There were literal 3 other people doing nothing, just watching the cashier, while one person was making smoothies and trying to make a bagel.
