The hotel is really perfect! The location is great directly on the beautiful Great Bay Beach and in the middle of the city center of Phillipsburg. Beach loungers and beach towels are provided for free for hotel guests. The rooms are very modern and spacious and the ones facing the ocean have a beautiful view. This is an outstanding hotel, an excellent restaurant and some extraordinary service staff for the most part. Unfortunately the overall experience is tainted by the spotty performance and attitude of the beach staff. This is particularly disappointing in a destination beach resort.
