Food is good, staff is friendly, but the Phillipsburg location is mismanaged. They are never prepared to anticipate the lunch or dinner rush. There is always a slow moving line wrapped around the building. It gets to a point where you just get out of a line that hasn 't moved in over 10 minutes.
