I frequently come to this place when I forget my lunch. I had previously ordered the same special but a few weeks back and it was fair. It came with chips and some homemade salsa. The plate obviously changed because I got salad instead of chips. I ordered my food at around noon and waited about 15+mins. The food is cafeteria style food.
