What Andrea Reinen doesn't like about Queen's Chips:
Bad experience, french fries full of oil and inappropriate sauces. Lots of people queuing with 1 person doing everything. The person doesn't understand Italian well (it's not his fault) so he does what he wants. For the managers....give him a hand with another person otherwise he'll fall apart. Ordered and confirmed my order for 5 chicken STRIPS I was instead given the 7 piece chicken NUG...
French fries in oil I assume, exhausted, with enough flavor.. sufficient service. Poor sauces....
