I grew up with Mom and Pop Italian restaurants. I'm not a big fan of Domino's pizza, pizza hat and all these pizza chains. I love folding my pizza. They also have garlic powder, red crushed pepper and oregano. Just like at home, New Pizza is the closest taste, sauce and cheese. I recommend if you are from the east coast and want to feel at home. Do not sleep on this place! My family and I visited on a weeknight, and the place was completely empty. Considering how good the pizza is, we were shocked. Although, I imagine the vast majority of their business is pickup orders. The cheese and crust wereabsolutely perfect, and I believe they could hold their heads high anywhere in New York.
