They refused to seat people and make them wait with 3/4 of their tables empty. The manager came out and took over for the hostess because she just kept making everyone wait through the dinner rush. I don 't buy the we can 't seat people to avoid overloading the kitchen/staff BS either. I worked in the service industry for more than 10yrs in every fashion.
