A very enjoyable and fulsome meal at this Agritor located high above Pinerolo in the foothills of the Alps. Multiple courses of Piedmontese specialities served across an unstessed couple of hours. It was akin to a taster menu as there must have been a dozen or so dishes. The meal was supported by good reliable local wines. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone visiting the area.
