That was an amazing experience. Our waitress was wonderful until she decided to go and tell anyone or give our orders. But our new waitress, I think her name was Heather, was gracious and treated the situation like a professional. We even have a discount on our meal. The food was fantastic despite the lack of staff. The food was good as always but the restaurant was dirty. I had to wipe off the table myself before sitting down. The floors were wet and nasty. I could see clearly behind the counter where the food was being prepared. I was shocked at how dirty it was back there. I have never been to any other Waffle House, and it was filthy such as this one. Hopefully, they can take this as constructive criticism and get that place... read more.
