My first time trying Mexican Street Corn , and it was delicious. The Guacamole was also really good. The En Salad A Pollo Tinga was full of fresh, tasty ingredients, but it needed a little salsa kick to spice it up. Same with the Quesadilla Pollo Tinga, it just needed a little salsa.
