Family and I stopped in today during our visit to Robinson. It was our first visit to this establishment. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival and immediately seated. Our server, Kaline, was top-notch. She was pleasant and attentive. She was friendly and checked on us many times without being intrusive. Kaline did a wonderful job. The food was very good. The service was miserable. It took 50 minutes to get a hamburger and a bowl of (cold) soup. This was one of the worst dining experiences ever. Terrible. The manager said they were having “issues” on a busy evening. The best she could offer was comping the soup and giving me a card for an appetizer on my next visit.
