it took 40 minutes to fill my order when I pulled out in the load. this was not the fault of the personal, but the institution itself. in the ideal case, there would be no command if that was waiting for so long or if it were given a eta so that they could make a decision based on it. 40 minutes waiting for a lunch order is not something I expected. also eating and the staff were great, but that was not waiting.
