I have been frequenting this location since 1990. The last 5 years the store has had it's ups and downs and one altercation made me stop coming back for the past 2 years. I am thankful to barista Brian for his great service and kindness when I asked for decaf drip coffee today, and they were out of it. He went out of his way to brew a batch for me and it made my day. The worst store in the south hills!!! Bad service and the worst hot chocolate. It was completely tasteless and I had to call corporate just to get a refund. All the other Starbucks are great except this one. Ugh never going there again. What a waste of time! View all feedback.
