Thanksgiving 11/22/2018- Great. Hilton Plano and Carso was beautiful and Carso’s Thanksgiving Buffet was a very enjoyable experience for my family and parents. I had a reservation for Mother's Day at 11:00 a.m. I received a voicemail from the restaurant at 8:47 a.m saying they see I have a reservation at 11, but they close at 11 and aren't doing their usual Mother's Day brunch this year. What the heck? Then why was I able to make a reservation for 11? Why wasn't I given more than 2 hours notice that you weren't going to honor my reservation? How am I supposed to make other...
