We made the reservation online and waited till the reserved time, there were at least 4-5 groups waiting ahead of us in the line who also had reservations. We waited for 20 more minutes and ended up leaving. They verbally told us that when the table was ready, they would message us but we never received any message informing us the table was prepared for the rest of the day.
