Clean crust has good taste, but seriously bad pizza. No sauce. The cheese is burned, scanned, not recognizable. Note the tiny gratingholes and fat pools. Also the bungalow for the burger, beautiful sourdough taste, but its not a Burger beer. Only a loaf of bread filled with a spicy patty. What a waste of a beautiful Sauerteigstarter.
