This was my first visit at any PotBelly. The Italian sandwich was delicious. I love that you choose all the ingredients that you want added to your sandwich. My daughter got the flatbread. I just went through the drive through at 11:30am. I was the only car in the drive through...not busy. I spent $21 on a small soup, sandwich, two cookies and a small soda. I tipped $5.00 in cash. I received no spoon for my soup. I also received no crackers (I'm not sure if the potpie soup is to come with crackers). This is the soup I received.
