This was my 2nd visit to El Pirata; my first time being back in April and let me tell you…I WAS IN HEAVEN. I don’t consider myself a foodie, but I do have a pretty refined palate and the fried Red Snapper with garlic was...EXCELLENT. it was crispy, but juicy and very flavorful. After hearing how wonderful this place was, we gave it a try. we ordered the sea bass in garlic butter oil. the portion was a good size came with rice, borrowing and a coleslaw type salate. the only problem that it. so much oily garlic that we did not really taste the fish. it is also cooked more cooked.
