Food and staff were excellent!! I chose the all-inclusive package at the Grand Hyatt and the food and drinks were all included!! This restaurant is a sit down restaurant and meals are prepared for you and not buffet style like most all-inclusive places. Highly recommend!! View all feedback.

Overall, guests would not recommend dinner. When all inclusive guests were the options terrible. We ordered the flank steak (only steak option) that came out what seemed to cook. Overall, the quality of the food was disappointed as we returned to this hotel/restaurant due to the fabulous experience we had 2 years ago. If not too much has changed for the guests.
