The lady behind the counter was rude and didn't even look at me talking. Don't even smile. We asked for hot drinks sleeves and she just said we didn't! Didn't even offer napkin or something. She shouldn't work with customers if she has bad attitude. I understand that they are short employees, but this is no reason, rude to customers who are nice and understand. View all feedback.
