Definitely their worst chains. It seemed as if the manager heard that they needed double revenue, so they said the cooks to cut their pieces into half and serve more rice. Nothing tasted too bad, but nothing quite spectacular. Most records were about $3,30, so I can't expect much, though the other Kura chains in Cupertino SF serve more and are much more consistent.
