Don't pour a 13Yr member, who brought in a prospective member, a flight of wine then without any notice tell us we have to finish outside in front not even in the covered area, in the cold and not provide seats or heat lamp while you stay inside seriously the WORST service with no consideration for members there are dozens of other tasting rooms nearby ... you lost not only your account but you lost Rubino's business...
