Today stopped and asked to ensure that order was milk free. I don't know his name, but the guy who helped me was as friendly as possible and took additional measures to make sure everything was milk-free (also got a new clean knife). Ordering the delivery by the Jersey Mike App and it took over an hour to come. When I asked for help, the employee told me on the phone that they had no control over the situation and would not be able to repay my delivery fee, even if I wanted to pick it up. No other help.
