Unfortunately we not only ate in the main restaurant we stayed at the hotel (luckily only for 1 night). We arrived, charming receptionist, but they got the booking completely wrong. So their answer to the problem, separate rooms 600 yards apart. (The second room was complementary though). We went for afternoon tea, and We were completely ignored for about 20 minutes before anyone bothered to serve us. Surly unhelpful... View all feedback.
