I've been charged $100 cancellation fee even though I booked a table hours ago. I called and politely asked for some leniency policy but was denied. Do not book unless you are 100% going to be there. The lady told me that the kitchen orders certain amounts for tables but I find it hard to believe that they have ordered within hours of a booking.
