Happy to find this place open on a Sunday evening (in a small town) and it was a great buffet dinner for $23 per person. Good quality food and a wide selection of rice, noodles, meat, seafood, a won ton soup, some desserts and ice cream. I believe it is a family-run place with attentive and friendly staff.
