UPDATE: I’m updating because the manager was really nice when I called and gave us credit for our next visit. Customer service is amazing, but the food.. we shall see next time! I really used to love Rikenjaks, but it’s like they’re steadily going down hill. It’s a hit or miss on if you’ll have good food or not.
