Booked on the day, they knew we were arriving late. When we arrived, discovered they hadn't left a gate code. Woke staff who wasn't expecting us. Fridge in room was turned off, there was no water, and heating was so loud, it was better being cold. At $200 a room, we were far from impressed! View all feedback.
