While the tormented crab cakes were simply excellent, I literally had to cut the roasted perch with a knife! I couldn't break it into pieces with a fork. I couldn't taste the fish, only almost burnt panko crumbs. Last year at that time, I had the big pork that was over boiled and dry. The place is expensive and should not fall like that.
