Saw the Reward App on the menu and downloaded the app. Guess what! I was told by the “Store Manager” that they don’t have the scanner for us to scan the barcode to earn points!! What is the point for the false advertisement from Coffee Club. Also the croissant was so dry and tasted like a “thousand” years old croissant. However, one staff, Ethan, was very helpful and apologetic for the “dry” croissant and replaced it... View all feedback.
