Our chef, Tanya, is dedicated to sourcing local produce, often found foraging at PORT FAIRY's farmer's market on weekends. We work closely with a network of regional suppliers such as Shaw River, Mt Zero, Greenvale Meats, and Quinlan Butchers to bring you the best quality ingredients. Ken's Tower Hill volcanic soil produces amazing vegetables, while Kaz's Googs free-range eggs add a special touch to our dishes. The pizzas were very..very..delicious, although the prawn pizza didn't have many prawns on it.....
