My husband came in to purchase mangrove snapper at 5:30. All they had were whole fish, so he asked if they could filet it for them. They were very rude and said no, that they closed their table already and were done cutting fish. He ended up getting red snapper filets at $29/lb. Come home, unwraps it and it has skin on it.
