I agree whole heartedly with the 2 previous reviews... We also felt the same way and are not from the UK. We waited to be served but were repeatedly ignored. We tried in our in our very limited french (and fluent Spanish). When one of...us asked for water in french she pretended she did not understand what we were asking for. She did but was making faces.
