I 've never tried the banana blossom deep fried, so was excited to try it.. as it sounded lovely on their menu they marinate it for 24 hours with seaweed, portland salt, lemon and thyme).. they obviously put a lot of effort into catering for vegans..but the texture of the banana blossom wasn 't really for m...
