I constantly hear about Portland’s dining gems. Well, II Terrazzo is certainly one of them. The food was incredible and very authentic Italian. The wine list was very extensive with a nice mix of Italian wines as well as Oregon and Washington. Michael, the owner, is a wonderful person.
